Angelina Jolie produces jewelry, for good. The actress has opened a school for girls in Afghanistan, which will be financed with the proceeds of her first jewelry line. It will follow, in her intentions, the opening of other educational institutions around the world. Angelina Jolie has just been to Afghanistan, in the role of UN “goodwill ambassador”. The girls’ primary school opened in a town just outside Kabul, which she chose for its high concentration of refugees. The school hosts more than 200 students. Her jewelry collection was named Style of Jolie. “Beyond the artistic satisfaction of designing these jewels, we are inspired by knowing that our work aims to help children in difficulty”, explained the actress, who entrusted the design of the collection to her friend Robert Procop . 100% of the profits from the jewels on sale will be donated to The Education Partnership for children of conflict foundation.
