The last singer to sign a jewelry collection (after stars such as Jennifer Lopez and Katy Perry) is Rihanna. The popsinger of Barbados from years is a face of Chopard: she wears the jewels of the House led by Caroline Scheufele in the public events. And now signing jewelry in a collection called Rihanna ♥ Chopard. Actually it is not a single collection, but of two different lines: a high-end jewelry and one of fine jewelry.

Rihanna ♥ Chopard Haute Joaillerie Collection will be presented in May, along with the 70th anniversary of the Cannes Film Festival, of which the Swiss Maison is partner from 20 years. Endless Jewelry in crisis, in Germany is opened an insolvency procedure.

A few weeks ago, Roberto Stern was in London to inaugurate a boutique of the House that bears his name. Surprisingly, for the occasion, the president of the Brazilian brand has revived the photos taken in 2012 on the beach near New York starring Katie Holmes, wearing only a bikini and, of course, the H.Stern jewels. This means, it is the message, that these jewels are not related to current trends, but accompanied by a woman for many years. In fact this is the philosophy of the brand, which boasts what the Brazilians call ginga, ie a special touch.
The company was founded in 1940 by Hans Stern, a German jew escaped with his family from Nazi Germany. In Rio de Janeiro Hans Stern started to deal with semi-precious stones, which abound in Brazil. Some collections also are entrusted to external designers, as in the case of DVF Diane von Furstenberg.
