An Easter without jewelry is not an Easter: for those who are traveling, hiking or want to take a look at something that shines, here is the exhibition dedicated to corals, cameos and pearls, organized by Assocoral in collaboration with the Fair and cured by Cristina Del Mare. The curious thing is that the exhibition is titled as the name of his curator: Gioielli del Mare (Jewels of the Sea). Coral, Cameos, Pearls between Memory and Modernity. If you go (you have until the end of June) you can found in the halls over a hundred jewels that have as main theme the link with sea waves. There are finery, necklaces, bracelets, brooches and cameos, derived from rare materials found in the waves and made into jewelry by goldsmith companies of Torre del Greek, some of centennial story in the processing of coral, cameos and pearls.
The exhibition is housed in a room on the ground floor of the Museum of the Jewel, which opened its doors last December: 410 square meters over two floors inside the Palladian Basilica. The museum, the first in Italy and one of the few in the world dedicated exclusively to the jewel, is a project of the Vicenza Fair, produced in partnership with the City and embraces all area of gold and jewelry. Good morning!
I have been admiring your displays on Instagram! And am a maker of contemporary jewellery in Vienna, Austria.
My request, if you could help me:
I am looking for a jewellery artist, who would tutor me with private lessons – in Vicenza or any other place in Italy.
Looking forward to your response!
Sincerely
Renate Erlacher

Good morning!
I have been following your beautiful displays on Instagram for a long time – and wanted to ask you, if you could recommend an artist teacher for contemporary jewellery, who is willing to do private lessons…
Thank you very much!
Renate Erlacher
Hi Renate, it depends on where you are … But I would advise you to take some school courses if you have the chance.
