The new jewels from de Grisogono’s Extravaganza collection: gold and diamonds for an atmosphere of inexhaustible party ♦ ︎
In 2019 the Maison de Ginevra de Grisogono renewed one of its most successful jewelery lines: Extravaganza. While the word extravagant is synonymous with singular, bizarre, sophisticated eccentricity, odd, original, weird, strange, the Extravaganza collection limits itself to accentuating its uniqueness. More than extravagant, in short, it is different from the others, in a positive sense.
Extravaganza is not only not extravagant, but it is also a faithful guardian of memories and traditions: a journey through time that begins with the art déco, the twenties, swing, and charleston. This moveable feast is symbolized by the Radiant line, which is part of Extravaganza. With a leap forward of thirty years, Extravaganza evolves into the Divine line, inspired by the Fifties: ideally you are on board of the Christina O, yacht, mega-yacht in the world belonged to Aristotle Onassis, according to the Maison quotation . In this imaginary party are placed pink or white gold and diamond jewels, or black radiated white gold with emeralds.
Finally, with a new leap in time of 20 years, here is the Tentazione line, inspired by the Seventies. Between the dance at the Studio 54 in New York and the glam rock: even in this case the enveloping forms of the jewels wink at an atmosphere of sparkling fun. But these jewels can go very well even for a quiet evening.
