The auction on November 26 in Vienna is the last of the four special auctions that Dorotheum organizes every year: 203 lots selected by the experts of the Viennese auction house, considering the taste of the public and the market trend. Alongside the earrings by Van Cleef & Arpels and the piece signed by Cartier, here are vintage jewels often from private collections with the charm of the unique piece, Art Deco bracelets and very modern rings with garnets and citrine quartz. And again, corals, brilliants and fancy diamonds. Estimates start from 400 euros for the rose gold cufflinks by Count Prosper d’Epinay de Briort, a French sculptor and jeweler, up to the 11-carat light points valued between 70 thousand and 90 thousand euros. The catalogue is online on the Dorotheum website and if the Austrian capital is not among the next destinations but you have found something you really like, you can give a purchase order via the Internet or by telephone.
