[wzslider]Lo Smithsonian Museum svela al pubblico la più recente novità della sua collezione: una spilla a farfalla composta da 2.328 gemme. La Spilla Farfalla Royal è stata creata nel 2009 a Taiwan dall’artista Cindy Chao, che ha donato il pezzo al museo americano, diventando così il primo prezioso taiwanese che fa parte della Gem Collection. Le pietre preziose dell’oggetto sommano un totale di 77 carati: sono compresi zaffiri colorati e cangianti, diamanti, rubini e granati.
