The avant-garde jewels at the Rossini Gallery in Milan during the Jewelry Week ♦ ︎
In Milan, the avant-garde jewels exhibited by the Rossini Gallery have become a tradition. This time, however, the show coincides with the first edition of Milano Jewelry Week.

The appointment is for Thursday 24 October with the Jewelevent – Made in Italy exhibition, curated and organized by Marina Chiocchetta, artistic director of the gallery, and Sonia Patrizia Catena, critic and curator. The exhibition concerns a selection of contemporary jewels, unique and versatile, multi-faceted and heterogeneous pieces, born from the experimentation and creativity of Italian and foreign authors working in Italy.

There are unique pieces and limited editions by Antonio Giuliani, AZ Contemporary Jewels, Clizia Ornato, Ellence, Emmeperemme, Francesco Ridolfi, Glowing, Icudal, Lalice Arte Orafa, Larissa Rovati, Lunante, Maragisca, Opium Imaginarium, PaSCa Design, Teresa Rosalini, Vanesi , Werner Altingher. Jewels that represent different processing techniques: from the more traditional ones such as precision casting and burin engraving to more modern processes such as laser cutting and 3D modeling; among the materials used: from classic gold and silver, terracotta and ceramic, to more contemporary proposals such as resins and plastic materials.

On Friday 25 October at 18.00 there will also be a Leonardo Da Vinci Diamonds event which will be dedicated to the Da Vinci Cut, a cut capable of emphasizing the characteristics of the stone to the full, with 57 facets. In fact, the Da Vinci Cut creates a pentagonal table that overlooks three stars visible to the naked eye with a kaleidoscopic effect. During the event it will be possible, among other things, to see some diamonds live thanks to Maurizio Spoldi Sole director of DSC – Diamond Service Company, and a ring inspired by Leonardo’s drawings.

Saturday 26 October preview launch of the Guia Jewelry Line, creations born from the idea of the actress Guia Zapponi and the inspiration of the painter Beatrice Zapponi. From the study of colors and natural forms, the gallery-goldsmith Marco Rossini and the stylist Francesca De Liguoro, have created two collections: Oro Guia and Bijou Guia. Combining passion and creativity, Rossini and De Liguoro have created a new, fresh line, with joyful colors and stylized shapes, the result of the synergy and personal touch of four artists.
