The news is secret, but we can reveal it: at the end of October, the jewelry brand Dodo (Pomellato, Kering group) will launch a collection of watches. Faithful to the animalist style (the dodo is an extinct animal), the collection will focus on images of birds, fish or butterflies drawn on the dial, portrayed with the imagination of Guido Mocafico, photographer-artist. Only four golden dots are marked on the dial to indicate the hours. Consistent with the style of the latest Dodo charms are also the colors of the woven leather straps: red, yellow, light blue, green… In total there are nine possible variations. But those who don’t want a zoo on their wrist can also choose a dial in a single color: in blue, black and white red enamel, or iridescent green and gray. The bezel and crown are in rose gold PVD, but there is also a minimal version, in steel and white, black, gray. The watches are produced by Locman. Price: starting from 260 euros.
