If you pass through Milan on April 11th, take note of this address: via Angelo della Pergola 8. At 6pm there will be a “great binge of jewels” designed by the Japanese designer Natsuko Toyofuku in collaboration with Lola Torres, Caterina von Weiss and music by Marco Sideboard. The occasion is to present the exhibition «The taste of jewels», scheduled from 9 to 14 April in the designer’s atelier. Born in Tokyo, Natsuko moved to Italy as a child (her father Tomonori Toyofuku, a historical avant-garde sculptor, her mother Kazuko, a painter). For twenty-five years Natsuko has been creating works not only in the field of jewellery, using bronze, silver, stones, lacquer and wood.
