Area director of Chimento, sales director in Canada for Pomellato, sales manager for Ippolita in Canada and, finally, area manager for Pasquale Bruni: we can’t say that Barbara Spada knows little about the world of jewelry. So much so that she has decided to try with a her own jewelry brand. But with a specific goal: the family. The name of the brand is Bimbi Jewels and is based in Toronto, Canada, although the realization of the jewels is entrusted to companies in the Vicenza district.
Born in Vicenza and now get Canadian, graduated from the University of Padua, mother of Francesca and with a multicultural and globetrotter family, Barbara Spada decided to create her jewelery company with this particular imprinting: for example, some of Bimbi Jewels creations, like pendants in standard sizes and bracelets, can be worn not only by adults, but also by children aged six and up.
With Bimbi jewels, I wish to celebrate the absolute value of the family. The bonds of the heart, in all their facets, are the true point of reference in the life of every person, they represent our family. Bimbi creations are precious symbols of this indissoluble feeling, which crosses geographical boundaries and embraces all the people of our heart, in a story of love, respect and inclusion.
Barbara Spada
Bimbi Jewels jewels are made entirely by hand in gold and silver, with the addition of mother-of-pearl and diamonds. The Maison makes its debut with three collections: the first is Preziosi, characterized by the stylized shape of a child and a girl, in 18 Kt white, yellow and pink gold embellished with a pavé of diamonds or double-faced mother-of-pearl, white on of one side of the jewel and blue or pink on the other. The second collection is Papà, which celebrates the bond between father and children. A line that stands out for its black rhodium combined with 18 kt yellow and white gold. Dad’s pendants and bracelets can be personalized with an engraving. The third collection is Gioiamore, with jewels characterized by the iconic heart, which incorporates the letter B of the Bimbi logo in the form. The jewels are in white mother-of-pearl set with yellow gold, 18Kt white gold and gold-plated silver.
