A gourmette is a jewel comprising a mesh flattened chain and a rigid plate and smooth, on which can be engraved usually a name (in the case of a bracelet). This type of processing is one of the most common in the jewelry. But, of course, there are different ways to achieve a gourmette chain and there is a different style of presenting something as so often seen. In short, the word gourmette can also become synonymous with challenge. And this is the case of Roberto Coin, who presented a collection that is based precisely on this process but very, very, different from the usual chains. First, because the links are not simple metal elements, but elaborated pieces of a regular puzzle, white gold, yellow or pink. And then because the gourmette production is enhanced in some cases by diamonds that they can also be a paved covering the whole jewel.
