New Mandala by Pasquale Bruni

Pasquale Bruni back to VicenzaOro with a surprise: the necklace from the new collection Mandala, that showed Eugenia Bruni, creative director of Maison of Italian jewelry, at the Film Festival in Venice. Also the new line Mandala is inspired by the atmosphere of the Orient. The collier signed Pasquale Bruni is a jewel remarkable: it is made of 18 carat rose gold, with 203 mother of pearl cabochon worked for 35.29 carats, 374 diamonds for 5.47 carats and 394 brown diamonds for 6.16 carat. Then there is a process just as precious: the gems are set in a sequence that represents the phases of the moon. The union of these gems and the burnishing fuzzy pink gold creates an effect of light and shade. The goldsmith company has a trademark: the shape of the flower, which never is missing in his jewelry, although it is often not immediately visible. In this case the inlay is revealed: the buds are transformed into smaller hearts openwork. If the mandala is a design that helps mystical meditation, mantra is a repeating sound, a kind of Buddhist prayer. In this case, the mantra Om Mani Padme Hum, which means Gem in the Lotus flower is engraved on the closure of the necklace: a jewel, in short, which also has a spiritual aspect, philosophical, meditative.
