Style first: Pandora rewards design in the capital of fashion and design, Milan. It does so in collaboration with Naba (Nuova Accademia di Belle Arti Milano) through Moments in Design, now in its second edition. The project will be held from May 8 to 29 at the DesignCafé of the Triennale di Milano. 15 students from the three-year and two-year courses in Fashion and Textile Design will participate, under the guidance of designer Cinzia Ruggeri. The chosen theme is Wunderkammer, tales of precious worlds. The students will create “chambers of wonders”, to tell stories in which Pandora jewels will be the protagonists. According to Nicoletta Morozzi, director of the Fashion Design Area of Naba, “This experience gives students the opportunity to apply their vision starting from Pandora’s production reality, and at the same time Pandora has the opportunity to see its products through the interpretation of young designers: both manage to broaden their horizons”. The creations will be presented in an exhibition at the Triennale, and will be evaluated starting from the opening night by a jury composed of the press, industry experts and the public. The winner will have the opportunity to live a training experience in the creative department of the Danish company. An experience in the field, in contact with Pandora designers.
