Goodbye leather: Ferragamo abandons the main material with which he built his empire and embraces 18-carat luxury. Two new jewels with the brand of the Florentine designer, who continues to grow after being listed on the stock exchange, are made entirely of gold. They are part of the Vara Bow line, inspired by the classic bow of the homonymous shoe from the Tuscan fashion house. The two new jewels are a rigid bracelet and a ring in 18-carat rose gold. On the bracelet, the bow is applied on the final part. The ring features the bow duplicated in a play of intersections. As Ferragamo points out, “the Vara Bow bow is faithful in every detail and the thin gold threads recall the grosgrain effect of the buckle”. Prices: the bracelet costs 4,600 euros, the ring 1,500 euros.
