It is not true that Italy has finally adopted the euro as their currency: Grace96 decided to return to the lira. The jewelery brand, in fact, has found old coins of 500 lire (those imprinted with the Caravelle ships, in circulation until 1967) and turned them into pendants. The result is a collection of necklaces in limited edition (only until will be available coins) vaguely in vintage style and nostalgic (maybe). The box chain with rings square, is 120 cm long, made of 925 sterling silver, polished or burnished. The coins are authentic, but obviously off course, and have been regularly purchased to be then used in jewelry. The coin has a diameter of 29 mm and a weight of 11 grams. The chain is available in two versions: with a diameter of 3 mm or 1 mm. It has a diamond surface, with crafted finishing. Furthermore it has a moving part: a small nut that runs on the chain and bearing the logo 96, guarantee of authenticity of the gem. Price: 407 € (3 mm) or 269 € (1 mm). Giulia Netrese
