After Chinese mobile phones and household appliances, jewelers from the Asian country are also preparing to arrive in Europe. Take note of this name: Frank Wu. He is the dynamic president of Shenzhen-based TTF, a company he has managed to bring to the forefront of the international market. At the Basel fair Ttf will present a collection of white jade jewellery, of which Gioiellis.com is able to offer a preview. On the other hand, Shenzhen has become the capital of Chinese jewellery, of which TTF is the standard-bearer. The Ttf Jewelry Design Center includes many activities ranging from the showroom on the ground floor, the design studio (about thirty people behind the computers), the laboratory, business services, accounting, marketing, up to the sixth floor, where there is a magnificent terrace overlooking the city, which serves as a café. In short, an established reality: yet it is only ten years old (turned in 21012). But it is already so recognized as a leader that it was the first Chinese company able to exhibit in the prestigious Hall in Basel, together with two other Asian brands, Mikimoto and Gem Beauty. Over time, Ttf has learned to use advanced manufacturing techniques and has also registered ten patents. To hone its skills, Ttf invited renowned artists and artisans from all over the world to China: architects, designers, sculptors, graphic designers known in China, Japan, Korea, Italy, France. Like Cesare de Vecchi, professor at the European Institute of Design in Milan, who is a consultant for the technical part.
