Two Swedes in New York, in love with the Big Apple, so much so that they have established life and work in the Soho neighborhood. The Yvone Christa NY maison is back for Christmas with rings, pendants, bracelets, choker necklaces. Soft shades chosen by the two designers: from antique pink to pearl gray, from turquoise to emerald green, with the usual filigree workmanship in gold and silver threads. Yvonne Clamf and Christina Söderström are also a little Italian, since they met in Rome, at the Design School. Now in the atelier in Nolita (northern area of Little Italy), each piece is created by hand according to the Venetian filigree technique. The sensitivity and manual skill of working 925 silver, burnished or dipped in 22Kt gold, are the characteristics that make the works of Yvone Christa NY recognizable. Three collections per year. They include new necklaces, chokers, bracelets, rings, brooches, earrings. All jewelry is decorated with semi-precious stones and pearls.
