Van Cleef & Arpels dancing with Fedora

Van Cleef & Arpels is a Maison also famous for its ballerina brooches. It is therefore not surprising that it supports a prize for ballet. In particular, the Fedora-Van Cleef & Arpels Prize was awarded, at the Teatro alla Scala, to Christian Rizzo, choreographer of Le syndrome ian and director of the Centre Chorégraphique National de Montpellier. The Fedora Prize, supported by the French high jewellery Maison, has reached its second edition and was created to support and contribute to the future of ballet. Fedora is a philanthropic circle that is passionately dedicated to bringing together the excellence of European ballet.
Speaking of pins: the first ballerina clip was created by Van Cleef & Arpels in 1940. Monsieur Arpels then entered into a dialogue with George Balanchine, who in 1967 created the choreography for Jewels, the famous ballet inspired by the diamonds, emeralds and rubies that the great choreographer had admired in the Van Cleef & Arpels boutique on 5th Avenue.
