Three-way wedding in jewelry

A three-way merger in the jewelry world: Valenti & Co., Mida and Sovrani have announced their wedding. The three companies have merged into a new entity, which will now manage the Valenti, Mida and Sovrani brands. After all, it’s not a surprise: Italian companies in the sector are, as is well known, too small. And the consumer crisis, especially in Italy, is pushing the survivors to join forces. “The global crisis is leading us to share a single business project. Thanks to integrated back-office, production, logistics and distribution activities, we will obtain economies of scale in production and design that will benefit all products belonging to the three brands Valenti, Sovrani and Mida”, is the comment of Sandro and Silvano Bravi, founders of Valenti. The three companies have just concluded the summer edition of Sales Meeting for the Sovrani brand: a two-day event of work and entertainment organized by the company and dedicated to the sales network to present the autumn collections of silver items. And for the first time, the Sovrani Sales Meeting, last July 29, was hosted in the current headquarters of the Valenti company, in line with the industrial plan that includes the integration of the three companies. “The choice to host the Sovrani meeting in the current headquarters of Valenti is the first sign that testifies to the change, added Roberto Marini, Sovrani brand manager. We will combine the experiences and forces of three leading companies in the silver gift item sector, to create a group that will be able to take advantage of the synergies resulting from being a single production and logistics hub”. The new Sovrani Bijoux 2014 collection was born from design research and is totally made in Italy, and will arrive in jewelry stores starting in January 2014. Sovrani was founded in 1996 in Recanati (Macerata).
