It’s a necklace, but it also takes pictures. Inside the wooden silhouette, in fact, there is a digital camera mounted in almost 2 centimeters of walnut slab. The necklace that could be useful when you go on vacation is called Not-A-Camera and was created by New Zealander Olivia Barr for the birthday (101 years, happy birthday) of her old grandmother, who became interested in photography after turning 90. The idea was to design something light and easy to use. The camera-necklace offers the ability to shoot high-definition video, record 16-bit mono audio, and take pictures with a resolution of 1280×960 pixels, which are recorded on a MicroSD card. The necklace can be purchased on Etsy for 150 dollars.
