The Piedmontese are coming (to Las Vegas)

The JCK Show in Las Vegas is, together with BaselWorld, the event of greatest interest for the world of jewelry. Among the many Italian participants, the Alessandria team stands out, with 12 exhibitors. The Piedmontese participation is part of the Integrated Supply Chain Project (Pif) Piemonte Gold Excellences, aimed at the international development of the Piedmontese gold sector, managed by the Foreign Center for Internationalization (Ceipiemonte) on behalf of the Piedmont Region, Unioncamere Piemonte and the Chambers of Commerce of Piedmont. At the JCK Show, on the other hand, the Vicenza Fair is also present, which coordinates the Italian Pavilion with Vicenzaoro Italian Club, a concept dedicated to the promotion of Made in Italy goldsmithing. «For Italian companies in the jewelry sector, the United States represents one of the main outlet markets, after the United Arab Emirates and Switzerland, with an upward trend. Thanks to US internal growth, the increase in financial wealth and consumption, in fact, exports of Italian jewelry to the American territory in 2013 saw a 12% increase over the previous year. The Las Vegas show therefore represents an ideal opportunity to strengthen this positive trend by allowing our exhibitors to develop new business contacts and consolidate existing ones”, explains the president of the Alessandria Chamber of Commerce, Gian Paolo Coscia.
