Now there are also champagne jewels: excellent combination. The idea comes from the British designer Stephen Webster, who conceived a capsule collection, entitled Dark Jewel, for one of the most successful champagne houses: Dom Pérignon.
The collection, in particular, is inspired by Dom Pérignon Rose 2002 Champagne. Includes ring and drop earrings, both in 18k white gold, with black pavé in the shape of intertwined leaves and vines. The 1-carat ring is faceted cushion-cut pink tourmaline, while each earring features faceted pear-shaped tourmalines, with a total weight of 10.55 carats. The great thing is that Dark Jewel will be sold by Fortnum & Mason, a historic London store, more famous for selling tea and wines than for jewels (which are also in the catalogue). Stephen Webster’s collection also includes pendants and cufflinks, with black sapphires. Ten bottles of Dom Pérignon Rosé 2002 will be sold exclusively at Fortnum & Mason with either the pendant or a pair of cufflinks, at £495 (around €580).Last year, the English designer created a Swarovski collection used in the “James Bond Skyfall” film.
