In Milan, the Tuscan designer’s jewelry appeared alongside the Sardinian fashion designer’s creations.
Giovanni Raspini made his debut on the Milan Fashion Week runway alongside a key figure in international fashion: Antonio Marras. The Tuscan designer’s jewelry complemented the Sardinian designer’s Spring/Summer 2027 collection, featuring 53 unique pieces designed to engage in a dialogue with the garments, accessories, and the models’ bodies.
To me, jewelry is not merely an element added to an outfit, but an integral part of its narrative. Antonio and I found common ground rooted in materiality, memory, craftsmanship, and imagination. Working together felt natural. Collaborating on a project like this with Antonio Marras means taking jewelry into a different, freer, and more contemporary realm—one where form, body, and movement become part of a broader vision. It is a direction that resonates deeply with our own creative exploration.

This partnership between the fashion designer and the jeweler stems from a natural affinity between two creative worlds that share a strong commitment to artisanal tradition, a connection to their respective regions of origin and cultural heritage, and a deep appreciation for materials and the value of the artisan’s touch. Two distinct, highly recognizable identities come together without losing their essence, creating a visual narrative in which jewelry and fashion merge into a single story.
For the Spring/Summer 2027 show, Giovanni Raspini interpreted Antonio Marras’s world through his own distinctive language of form and materiality. The 53 creations—comprising necklaces, bracelets, rings, earrings, brooches, and hair ornaments—are crafted from natural burnished bronze using the lost-wax casting technique, a signature process of the brand. They are further embellished with semi-precious stones, minerals, feathers, mother-of-pearl flakes, papier-mâché, and resins, as well as fabrics and lace by Antonio Marras.
Thus, the creative universe of the Sardinian fashion designer has merged with the naturalistic and figurative world of Giovanni Raspini, giving shape to a jewelry collection inspired by Sardinia, the Mediterranean, and the mythological and anthropological themes that permeate Marras’s work. Traditional Sardinian masks, flora, insects, geckos, bucrania, and seaweed are transformed into three-dimensional elements and body ornaments, reinterpreted through the Tuscan designer’s exploration of form, material, and surface. The collaboration will extend beyond the runway; the creative dialogue initiated with the Spring/Summer 2027 collection will lead to a commercial partnership between the two brands starting in Spring 2027, featuring a new jewelry line born of their shared creative vision.
