Goodbye VicenzaOro, Macef begins, reserved for professional operators. Agreed, they are two different things: in Vicenza the classic, more expensive jewellery, at the Milan Fair the more affordable jewels, bijoux and accessories, often the result of craftsmanship, but no less interesting. In short, Vicenza and Milan are the two faces of jewellery, precious items and bijoux. And these are precisely the protagonists from 12 to 15 September.
In general, you will find jewelry that tends to be small or large. Minimal or maxi. Long necklaces like in the Thirties, and multi-chain, or chokers like in the Fifties. In short, nothing in between. The earrings are also voluminous, or small points of light. And the rings are small, but hyper-coloured, or with flashy shapes, perhaps involving multiple fingers on the same hand.
If you are disoriented, don’t worry: style coach Carla Gozzi will also be there to offer visitors advice and style suggestions using the products of the exhibitors present. If you are interested, find Carla Gozzi on Saturday 14 September at 2.30 pm in the Macef Bijoux Trends Area. She will be godmother of the traditional Best of Bijoux Competition, which at each edition sees all the exhibitors as protagonists. Then, at 4.30 pm, it will be available to the public present. For other suggestions, contact the «I Murr» couple. You can find them on Thursday 12th from 11.00 to 13.00 at the Camomilla stand (Hall 16 Stand L0).
