If you go to Cannes, leave the jewels at home: Arsenio Lupine has struck again. After the hotel theft against Chopard, a necklace worth almost 2 million euros was apparently stolen on Tuesday evening at l’Eden-Roc in Cap d’Antibes. The theft apparently occurred during a gala evening, organized by the Swiss jeweler de Grisogono. This is the second jewelry theft on the sidelines of the festival. The necklace, which disappeared on Tuesday, was placed under the surveillance of a private agency. De Grisogono, contacted by France Info, confirmed the theft of the jewel, but did not specify whether it was displayed or worn by one of the many stars present at the evening at the hotel. The Cannes police station is conducting investigations to reconstruct the dynamics and clarify the time that elapsed from the disappearance to the report, which occurred almost 24 hours later. We need to make a film about these chain thefts as soon as possible.
