In 2006, two parents who had lost their child prematurely decided to found the CiaoLapo Onlus Association. Help has now arrived from Nomination, a Tuscan jewelry company, which organized an event in its Florentine store to support the association. The patron of the event was Fiona May, who signed, in the store on Via Porta Rossa, personalized dedications to the first 25 buyers of the CiaoLapo bracelet, which Nomination created for the occasion: a special edition of its Composable made of steel and personalized with the symbolic link of the Onlus (to which the proceeds from the sale will go) in the colors blue, pink and white. Nomination supports the Onlus that deals with the protection of high-risk pregnancies, perinatal health and offers psychological support in the loss before and after childbirth. “We decided to ensure that an occasion like Mother’s Day was not just a commercial occasion, but could also represent a moment to think about others, in the name of a collective well-being capable of doing good and affirming the values of solidarity”, commented Monica Tiozzo, managing director of Nomination.
