A look at some ‘of fashion jewelry spotted at recent fashion shows in New York for the autumn-winter season 2016. Hard to find a common thread among the proposals, always a bit’ flashy, worn by the models. Bottega Veneta, which exhibited long scarves wrapped around the neck, has focused on a green multistrand necklace, composed of many different shapes and sizes stones tied together like a patchwork. Ferragamo chose long dangling earrings, in a vaguely geometric, minimalist style. The most eclectic necklace, though, is the one that accompanied a Prada fashion show, probably not too comfortable to wear for more than a few minutes. Essential and perhaps the least surprising was Calvin Klein, revisiting choker nineties, with attached heart lock shape. It fits, however, to the staid look of the model. And Tommy Hilfiger? He also chose a style that looks to the past, with earrings that seem to come from the drawer of her aunt. Quite the opposite of Zimmermann, who make jingle the model, which was wearing a steel necklace, perhaps out of a bowling green.
