Italian by birth, history and creativity: Leo Pizzo is one of the classic examples of Made in Italy. Starting out as an apprentice, Leonzio Pizzo opened his own workshop in the 1970s and became a leading brand. In recent years, the brand has opened single-brand stores in Milan, in Galleria Vittorio Emanuele, in Rome in Via del Babuino and in Taormina. Its philosophy is to focus on high-level design, but also believing in the ability of Italians to appreciate the work of the Valenza company. In any case, Leo Pizzo’s work is also popular abroad: recently in Basel Leo Pizzo presented new pieces in line with the tradition of the house, gems set in settings that make up animals or floral jewels (the Fiore collection is a flagship of the maison), with a use of color capable of providing vivacity, but without falling into kitsch: in the company they call it “renewed tradition”. In short, Italian taste, indeed. Here are the images of the best pieces presented by the maison.
