The number one emerald has been revealed: in Basel, in the middle of the fair dedicated to jewelery and watches, Bayco presented one of the most precious gems ever. Moris and Giacomo Hadjibay, co-owners of the New York fashion house, have lifted the veil on The Imperial Emerald, a 206-carat stone, found in Colombia. The emerald is guaranteed with the highest quality certifications from gemological bodies. It is very rare to find such a large and at the same time of the highest quality emerald: bright green, without bluish tint, transparent, with light natural mineral inclusions. Bayco Gioielli was founded in 1982 by Amir Hadjibay and his two sons, Moris and Giacomo, current co-CEO of the company. The company produces unique and highly valuable jewels, with the unsparing use of rubies, emeralds, sapphires and light blue diamonds.
