How to combine the ancient Venetian art of filigree with the electric air of New York and Los Angeles. Two Swedes, Yvonne Clamf and Christina Söderström, succeed, a friendship that began in Rome, when they attended the design school. From a passion for shapes, fashion and jewels, Yvone Christa was born in Los Angeles in 1991. And soon the brand’s jewelery ends up being worn by the actresses of two successful television series: «Beverly Hills» and «Melrose Place»: Jennifer Aniston is accompanied by the precious jewelery even when she is not on set. The couple moved to New York and proposed objects composed of thin gold and silver threads, modeled and welded invisibly, to create the shape designed by the stylists. But not only that: the jewels are decorated with stones (jade, quartz, jasper, citrine, amethyst, tiger’s eye, lapis lazuli, turquoise, coral, amazonite, carnelian, topaz, onyx, jet, zircon) and pearls. Creations that have also conquered Madonna, Cindy Crawford, Demi Moore, Cameron Diaz, Princess Victoria of Sweden, Kate Bosworth, Christie Brinkley, Kate Moss, Katherine Zeta-Jones, Heidi Klum. Yvone Christa’s jewels are also distributed in Italy.
