Yoko Ono’s jewels arrive. After designing a collection for Swarovski, the artist of Japanese origins and ex-wife of John Lennon decided to help women in difficulty with a campaign, ImagiNation 365, through Maiden Nation, an online social platform. Yoko Ono, journalist Gloria Steinem and model Lauren Bush contributed by designing jewelry to express their ethical vision. They were joined by designers from Poland, Afghanistan, India, Argentina and South Africa. In addition there are four very young Americans from Michigan. The proceeds from the sales of the jewels will be donated to help Japanese girls after the nuclear disaster or for job training for the people of Haiti.
