Sempre piuttosto originali: Stella Jean, stilista di origini italo-haitiane, atterra alla Vogue Fashion’s Night Out di Milano ospite della storica boutique milanese Biffi (corso Genova) assieme ai giovani talenti coinvolti nel progetto Ethical Fashion Initiative di ITC, PortenierRoth, Kiki Clothing e Christie Brown. Stella durante la fashion week milanese presenterà la collezione SS 2014 all’Armani/Teatro. Al progetto Ethical Fashion Initiative parteciperà invece con un bijou creato ad hoc per la manifestazione e realizzerà per l’occasione una istallazione nella vetrina della boutique dal titolo The Gentlemen’s Club. L’idea è di un’ironica rievocazione dei gentlemen’s club londinesi di epoca vittoriana, attraverso un ribaltamento e capovolgimento dei canoni estetici e simbolici, con tessuti rigati realizzati artigianalmente a telaio dalle donne del Burkina Faso e stoffe wax care alla stilista. I progetti creativi di Stella Jean, PortenierRoth, Kiki Clothing e Christie Brown saranno esposti nelle vetrine di Biffi Boutique durante la Settimana della Moda Milanese, dal 17 al 23 settembre. Das Projekt Ethical Fashion Initiative wird von einem bijou speziell für die Veranstaltung und die Möglichkeit zur Durchführung einer Installation im Schaufenster der Boutique namens The Gentlemen-Club Die Idee erstellt dargestellt werden ist eine ironische Anspielung auf die Herren-Clubs der viktorianischen Ära in London über einen Kipp-und Umkehr der ästhetischen und symbolischen, mit gestreiften Stoffen handgefertigten Rahmen von den Frauen von Burkina Faso und Stoffe Wachs lieber an den Designer. Die kreativen Designs von Stella Jean, PortenierRoth, Kiki Kleidung und Christie Brown wird auf dem Display in den Fenstern der Boutique Biffi während der Mailänder Modewoche, 17. bis 23.
