Around the world in eight stages. They are those of pristine beaches, tropical forests, deserts and oceans that are reflected in the new Pesavento collection: Polvere di Sogni-I Colori del Mondo. It is a new variant of the more classic jewelery line of the Venetian company. The Polvere di Sogni collection is made up of silver jewels enriched by a fine pavé of gems that composes a uniform, almost velvety surface.
In the I Colori del Mondo line, the shades are the blue of the Caribbean sea, the blue of the waves surrounding the island of Santorini, the yellow of the baroque palaces of Nardò, in Puglia, the yellow of the Sahara desert, the pink of the palaces of Jaipur, India, the Pink of Tokyo Peach Blossom, the Green of the Amazon Rainforest, and the deep Green of the Black Forest, Germany. The eight shades inspired by special places in the world are used for bracelets, rings, earrings and necklaces. Jewelery prices do not exceed 250 euros.
New dreams with Pesavento
Vicenzaoro September was also an opportunity to celebrate Pesavento’s first 30 years. The Vicenza Maison founded in 1992 by Marino Pesavento and Chiara Carli, in addition to organizing an event in grand style, also used the occasion to anticipate some novelties of the autumn-winter collections. The novelties concern the new Elegance Meet line, which uses luminous rings in rhodium-plated silver rose gold with sinuous shapes and an original design, alongside new proposals from the Polvere di Sogni line, which is the brand’s flagship collection. The Gold collection now offers 18-karat gold jewels with velvety stone pavé (it is the dust of dreams): a variant in pink gold and blue diamonds is added to the surface made with gray diamonds. The earrings acquire further dimension and focus on a circular geometry that almost resembles a tribal motif.
Pesavento, a Vicenza jewelry brand, launches a Summer Capsule, In Rainbows. The rainbow is that of six bracelets in red, orange, yellow, blue, purple and white. The colored nautical cord ends with two circles that intertwine. Each bracelet, in fact, is composed of two circular elements in extra-glossy 925 silver in rhodium, pink or two-tone finishes and also available in variants with details in Polvere di Sogni in black, bronze or pearl gray.
Polvere di Sogni, which is also the name of Pesavento’s most famous collection, is a pavé made with micro-particles obtained thanks to nanotechnology from the processing of natural mineral materials. These are different materials, according to the chosen color. The idea of the brand founded by Marino Pesavento and Chiara Carli was successful and now the Polvere di Sogni technique is also applied to several of the Maison’s jewels. As in the case of the Summer Capsule In Rainbow.
Two new jewelry lines by the brand Pesavento. These are Forever Chic and Double Your Charme. They are names that immediately recall an atmosphere linked to fashion and the relationship with others. The ambitious idea, according to Pesavento, is to turn a dream into reality. And, in particular, in rhodium-plated silver bracelets and necklaces, like those of the two collections. The highlights are the choker necklace and the Forever Chic bracelet, with large links in pink and rhodium silver or in one color with inserts in Polvere di Sogni, the name assigned by the brand for a precious pavé covering the metal.
The Double Your Charme collection is not called that by chance: it offers, in fact, jewels such as double hoop earrings in pink silver with black Polvere di Sogni inserts. The dimensions of the jewels are generous and you can choose between different finishes, since the rhodium silver is proposed in the natural color, or in a version covered with yellow or pink gold.
Vicenzaoro has been suspended. Long live Vicenzaoro. Which, however, in September is called Voice. If the health emergency led Ieg (the company that organizes Vicenzaoro) to transform the format of the event by also changing the name, the companies in the sector have a strong need to show their production to buyers, that the appointment is called Vicenzaoro o Voice doesn’t matter. This is what can be deduced from the announcement that, in July, the companies that have chosen to exhibit their jewels at Voice-Vicenzaoro International Community Event (12 to 14 September) exceed 300.
About 300 companies means a very limited drop of about 15% compared to last year’s attendance. And taking into account that the major fairs, not only of jewelery, have been postponed to next year, number of registration to Voice is a success, perhaps unexpected. In short, Vicenzaoro, ops, Voice has a strong attraction. The names that have already reserved their space also testify to this.

Pesavento renews its jewels: spring arrives and, despite the problems that cross the world, for women the desire to refresh their appearance with something new does not change. For example, new jewels. In this case, the idea of the Venetian brand is to enrich the classic DNA Spring collection. In fact, the novelty is called Stones & Dna Spring. Suspended from the gold-plated silver wire that characterize the Dna Spring collection there are now elements coated with Polvere di Sogni, a name used by Pesavento to indicate a fine pavé.
In short, a kind of union between two now classic collections of the Maison. The Dna collection, for example, is enriched by the Fly novelty: an ultramodern design chain, also available in a rose gold color version, used to compose a bracelet or a necklace. But this is a limited edition creative interpretation of classic collection by Maison in Vicenza, which is specializing in creative silver jewelry. The autumn edition of the fair (22-26 September) seems to start with good vitality. Those that are used in jewelery, for example, are the desired chains, especially if bracelets or necklaces become original, precious objects with a precise identity. Alba Cappellieri started from this consideration, perhaps, in treating the exhibition Intrecci Preziosi. The chain between function and decoration at the Jewel of Vicenza Museum (October 27, 2017-25 March 2018). Below the glass windows of the first permanent jewelery museum there are 80 chains that from the end of the eighteenth century have marked stages in the goldsmith’s manufacture.
