One in three women would like a diamond but, sad to say, most men prefer to give nothing. The preference (which seems a little bit interested for the truth) emerges from the survey conducted by the brand of jewelry Giamore.

Here come the jewels of the series Game of Thrones. Ok, you might joke about this but to think of it could be yet another signal of a trend. After the jewelry inspired by the film The Great Gatsby (https://gioiellis.com/perle-platino-e-diamanti-ecco-il-tesoro-di-leonardo-dicaprio), which saw leading actor Tiffany, it seems that designing of jewelry traits from books and film adaptations or television has become a habit. We have already reported the rings inspired by Harry Potter (https://gioiellis.com/lanello-di-harry-potter-per-babbani). And now here are the jewels of neo gothic Game of Thrones: tiaras, necklaces, rings. The idea is by Michele Clapton, costume designer of television series. The realization of the jewels was entrusted to Steensons Workshop, a jeweler in Belfast, Northern Ireland. The jewelry inspired by the books of George RR Martin are so materialized in gold crowns, dragon brooches, wedding tiaras, chains (one is long half-meter, made in bronze and brass, rather heavy). The result is 35 pieces, handmade. Since the processing is artisanal (to achieve the crown of Joffrey took ten days), the prices are not so low.
