Got me, that is, you took me, you conquered me, you desire me: these words Rosato pronounces it through its new jewels. The collection for spring 2020 is called Got me and is a message transmitted through the classic pendants to add to the bracelets. But it is also a message that travels on earrings, necklaces and rings. In short, the collection of the brand of the Bros Manifatture group intends to warm up the spring with a love declaration that does not allow misunderstandings.

The new jewels of the Arcana collection of Pianegonda

Arcana was, in 2017, one of the first successful collections of the second life of Pianegonda, the one signed by the Bros Manifatture group. The collection features shiny surfaces, which reflect forms with a vaguely Gothic appearance, with planes and curves that intersect and originate angular geometries. Thanks also to a refined advertising campaign, the silver made black and shiny of the Arcana collection has conquered many hearts and convinced as many wallets.

At VincenzaOro January 2020, Pianegonda presented new pieces to the collection. It is a necklace, a bracelet and two pairs of earrings. The new jewels are always made of silver with black electroplating and the addition of black spinels, which give an aggressive but stylish look.

Sinuous arabesques, romantic woman, harmonious delicacy: these are the definitions used by Brosway to describe the Attitude collection. Every life is a novel and, therefore, a story. There are those who tell stories, those who live them, and now there are also those who wear them. If dreams (sogni in italian) are desires, Rosato’s Dreams are vaguely retro-inspired jewels. Bracelets, earrings, necklaces and rings from the Sogni collection, in fact, have a design that recalls the bijoux of the late nineteenth century, naturally revisited with a modern look.

All jewels are made of 925 silver, with the addition of natural stones or cubic zirconia.

The small stones have a cabochon cut and are set in the silver embroidery that make up the body of the jewel. Stones like carnelian, amazonite, amethyst, red aventurine, lapis lazuli, malachite are used, while zircons can be white, orange or blue. Silver embroidery forms crosses or decorations that fill a surface, as in the case of a heart-shaped pendant. In other cases, the metal forms a weave that leaves empty spaces, as in the case of the bracelet. Which message is better than silence? Perhaps the Rosato Messages collection could be defined in this way. Launched years ago (we talked about it here goo.gl/Dw1Gyo), the collection has recently been renewed by Bros Manifatture’s brand. Why silence? Simple: the name of the collection could move you to a mistake. In fact, it is not a question of jewels on which to write writings, phrases, verbs, names, dates. The message, instead, is the jewel itself. In particular, it is a series of bracelets and rings in silver that contain natural stones: agate, lapis lazuli, amethyst, rhodonite, amazonite, malachite, aventurine, carnelian, rose quartz, mother of pearl, and white zirconia (probably cubic zirconia). They are too weak to be felt by ourselves, yet they are sufficient to influence the unconscious and condition behavior. This is what happens, for example, with an apt publicity message, which induces in those who read it or watch it the unconscious stimulus to buy a product for a service. This long introduction gives way to a question: which hidden suggestion contains the Sublimia collection by Pianegonda? The question will probably remain unanswered. But the elaborate structure of the jewels of the brand’s collection now passed under the banner of Bros Manifatture, stimulates at least curiosity regarding the original design. The jewels have a large stone that is suspended in the void, between silver arches that close it to the center of soft geometries, between empty and full. In his third life the brand from Vicenza, Piegonda, passed under the Bros Manifatture flag, has come back with a series of collections that trace the history of the company, from a design point of view, but of course with a new look. The idea is always to offer silver as metal ideal for a complex manufacturing, combined with innovative solutions. As is the case of Foedus collection.
About the name: in ancient Rome pointed to an alliance treaty with other city-states. In this case, however, it is used for silver ropes that are woven in a blend of textures. Through the technique of casting the mesh nodes from forming different textures they are interwoven with each other. But according Piegonda the collection tells of the bond between the land and the sea.
