Gioielli 3D negli uffici postali francesi

Jewels 3D in French post offices

Following the launch earlier this year, the Dutch Ucki start-up, which allows you to create jewelry designed by the children using 3D printers, has found a new sales channel: the French postal service. Who announced the opening this week of a new service, called 3D Jewel Kid, to transform children’s drawings into bracelets, necklaces, pendants and rings of gold and silver. All within a few days. For six months, the service will be available in three post offices in Paris, where from November are already experimenting with 3D technology for other uses. An original way to propose additional services and certainly not to diversify the business. The prices has not yet been declared, although the idea can be had from the company’s website in the Netherlands where the numbers start from 199 up to 1,300 Euros. Too much to ensure that it becomes the ideal gift for parents? Maybe not, because you can also create a small pin and then cost even less. Who knows, maybe it does not become a trend.
