Retirement don’t is the way to jewelry of Tiffany & Co. It’s the message that the New York Maison sends to Salone del Mobile in Milan, the important event dedicated to the design (8-18 April). This is demonstrated by the first collection named Out of Retirement, which includes pieces that after years of hibernation «return to work». And so, in the period of Design Week, the collection will be presented through an installation inspired by Gene Moore, the creator of the windows of Tiffany in New York from 1955 to 1994, in Milan at boutique of Tiffany in via della Spiga. The Limited Edition includes 21 creations: nine Jewels and 12 gifts objects, all inspired by the design of the Tiffany archives and reinterpreted. “I really love the idea of collection Out of Retirement”, is the comment of the design director Francesca Amfitheatrof. “Modernity and the beauty of the materials have always been the essence of Tiffany and these pieces are absolutely contemporary today, just as they were when they were created for the first time. They are full of charm and spirit that have always been part of the brand’s Dna. ” For Francesca Amfitheatrof jewelry was inspired by the creations in yellow gold of the early seventies, to achieve three ring-sculpture and two bracelets, one decorated by a linear pattern of diamonds and the other characterized by cuttings with an appeal unisex graphics. Completing the collection Yellow gold earrings with diamonds and tsavorite inspired Twins Blue Book of 1971.
The silver gift items include a bottle shaped like a fish, a shaped silver pillbox of small container for Chinese food takeaways and a clip dedicated to the finest cyclists, a desktop puzzles and three silver money clip with the dollar sign or envelope, introduced in its collection just for Milan furniture Fair. Finally, a hat in silver, for parties. Rudy Serra

Le teche ospitano bracciali, collane e orecchini firmati dai grandi stilisti: Valentino, Walter Albini, Giorgio Armani, Gianfranco Ferrè, Gianni Versace, Missoni, Franco Moschino, Elio Fiorucci, Krizia, Fendi, Soprani, Laura Biagiotti, Romeo Gigli, Enrico Coveri.
Anzi.

Tirisi in Milano Due
Tirisi is the testimony that the couple breaks, but the explosion (frequently) can be creative. The brand was born in Amsterdam in 2010 on the initiative of husband and wife: Julian Rotstein and Natascha Zuchouwski. Work and live together, 24 hours a day, explain the two, it means killing each other. But also stimulate themselves and be more creative. The company is distributed in 600 stores around the world and offers four lines of jewels: Tirisi Moda, Jewelery, Accessories, Shabby Chic, I’M Everey Woman, 3 Times Lady. The high-end lines are two: Tirisi Jewlery and 3 Times Lady. There are rings and earrings with large colored gems, very colorful, on pink gold and small diamonds. The last major collection is called Milano Due, the same name of little town in suburbian area of the Lombard city. In addition to the rings with stones, this line also includes earrings with diamonds pavé. Besides the most precious jewels, Tirisi also proposes the Fashion line, which has rather more affordable prices: includes silver jewelry, items made of gold and semi-precious stones, with a very modern style and a little bit bling bling. Finally, to signal that the brand has expanded and now also offers a line of handbags. Margherita Donato
Simone so White
At the White Show in Milan (January 6 to 18), an event focused on fashion as research, she decided to participate Simone Vera Bath (stand 41). The designer, born in Berlin, has a strong focus on rings because, he says, “your hands are the part of our body that we do talk more.” But, in addition to jewelry for fingers, also creates bracelets, necklaces and pendants, silver and bronze with stone, wood and leather. Among his proposals is the number of rings with seals, thought to be male, but are often like and are purchased by women. Same goes for other large rings, originally designed for a male audience and appreciated more (or the same) by female shoppers. The jewels are made of gold, silver and bronze. The pieces presented at the White Show, also stand out the technique “smeared” with which they are treated surfaces, which is one of the unique aspects of the jewels of Simone Vera Bath. The style is very geometric, often with sharp corners, in addition to mini sculptures ornament. Or, on the contrary, absolutely smooth stones: rubies, sapphires, emeralds, opals and semi-precious stones.

(Italiano) A Milano gioielli e culture diverse

A Milano arrivano gioielli e atmosfere lontane lontane.

Sorry, this entry is only available in Italian. For the sake of viewer convenience, the content is shown below in the alternative language. You may click the link to switch the active language.
Preview: Ligne C by Gaia Repossi
New jewels for the Ligne C collection by Gaia Repossi. After the homage of twisted C to celebrate 18 years of Colette, the iconic concept store in Paris, the creative director of the historic maison Turin Repossi, but French by adoption, has drawn other rings in three, four, five, six wires. We saw them in the preview. They are thin and simple and twist forming layers that seem to escape in any direction, but they are contained in a schema. In short, the inspiration is always the same of the first objects, the colors are classic: gold and pink gold plated black and gold with a touch of galvanic lilac, while the shape is slightly rounded. A curious detail: the presentation to the press in Milan was organized in a shop of worship, 10 Corso Como. This time the C are double and even jewels appear duplicated in the glass and mirrors showcase that turns on itself, created by the designer. Here are the new images that we captured and prices (ranging from 2.400 to 10.5oo euro).

An other news from Tiffany: the American brand dedicates a bracelet and a charm of collection Return To Tiffany to Milan: after New York, the heart of the world’s most famous silver is engraved just the name of Milan, the Italian fashion capital. The capsule collection will be found in the boutiques of the city in September. The heart pendant and bracelet «Please Return to Milan», are inspired by the key chain born in 1969, engraved with «Please Return to Tiffany & Co. New York». They will be for sale in limited edition. Prices: silver charm bracelet with Rtt Milano 330 euros, silver charm Rtt Milano 160 euros.

The brand has in fact opened a new boutique, which adds to the recent opening of the store Bologna and the restyling of the store in Milan’s Piazza Duomo. The selling point of Rocca 1794 is located in Terminal 1, in the area where there are big luxury brands. The store houses the Ulysse Nardin watch brands, Hublot, Breitling and Tag Heuer and jewelery Group Damiani, Salvini and Bliss.

L’interno. (Italiano) Van Cleef & Arpels, capolavori a Milano
Sorry, this entry is only available in Italian. For the sake of viewer convenience, the content is shown below in the alternative language. You may click the link to switch the active language.
Ti Sento spring-summer
First highlights from Baselworld: dutch brand Ti Sento (italian name, but headquarters in Amsterdam) is inspired by the concept of light, colors and textures. Surfaces have been used as transparent, crossed by lines in pavé. Stones in shades of blue sky and green light are set in Sterling Silver Rhodium jewels, sometime with rose gold plating to 18 carats. Here’s the first shot of the collection. G.N.
