Who plays the greatest tennis of all time? Now the answer is: Crieri. The jewelery brand from Valencia presents an innovative tennis bracelet. The characteristic is that of being elastic, thanks to an international patent. Crieri’s project has a name: G.O.A.T, an acronym that in fashion slang means Greatest Of All Time, the greatest ever.

The introduction of the new G.O.A.T. it allows us to differentiate ourselves significantly and further from the competition. The project is the result of two years of research and development based on research and analysis of the national and international jewelery scene. On the other hand, the tennis bracelet has been a Crieri feature since birth. The new elastic bracelet is based on a jewel assembly system that allows perfect alignment of the bezels, enhancing the mechanism to make the bracelet very resistant, light and practically indestructible.

In addition to the technical features, the company emphasizes the aesthetic aspect and the way the new bracelet is used. The flexibility allows you to eliminate the closure: just spread it and slip it on your wrist. The new bracelets, presented later, are made of yellow, white and pink gold with white, black, brown, blue and yellow diamonds as well as rubies, pink and blue sapphires in an innovative mix of harmony and proportions. Among the variants of the collection, also bracelets with precious colored stones and spots of white diamonds. The collection will include bracelets available in approximately 8/9 different carats and 3 reference sizes (S, M, L) expressly conceived for men and women to ensure optimal wearability. There are also special versions made with stones with shaped cuts (heart, baguette, for example) and versions with the precious Colombian emeralds of which Crieri is a great interpreter. Green is in fashion: it is synonymous with environment, nature, hope. But also of emeralds which, in truth, have never gone out of fashion. As the story of Crieri can testify, a jewelry brand made in Valenza (Italy) which, among its finest collections, has one dedicated to the green stone par excellence. The Bogotà collection, as its name indicates, is dedicated to Colombian emeralds. Stones that, according to the company, were at the center of the first trip to the Colombian capital of the company founder, Alessandro Saracino, in 1996. The firmament, that is the celestial vault – A romantic term to describe what for adtronomists is simply the stellar space. It is also the name used by Crieri for a collection that is inspired by the stars, but with the aim of creating jewels capable of symbolizing a piece of the night sky. The Firmamento collection consists of necklaces, bracelets and rings in the tennis style, which is the specialty of the Piedmontese Maison. The tennis motif, however, is reinterpreted with 18-karat white, pink or burnished gold. The stars that shine are white (on white gold), brown (on pink gold) or black (for burnished gold jewelry) diamonds.

The diamonds are set on the tennis surface by alternating higher carat, brilliant cut gems with other smaller diamonds. Wisteria blooms early: Crieri doesn’t wait for spring to launch a new series of jewels. The Glicine (wisteria) collection. The plant, wisteria, was named after the botanist Thomas Nuttall in memory of the American physician and anatomist Caspar Wistar, it inspired rings, earrings, bracelets and necklaces, made around the drop motif. Indeed, the petals of the wisteria flower resemble drops gathered in clusters. Instead of the violet color, the Wisteria collection features the classic colors of 18K gold and diamonds.

It’s been a particularly precious year 2021 for Crieri. The goldsmith company of Valenza, in fact, recorded a balance sheet with double-digit growth. The turnover of the Maison, active with the Crieri and Poesia Gioielli brands, exceeded 12 million euros, with an increase of 80% compared to 2020 and (more significant) of + 40% compared to 2019. The growth in turnover , explains the company with a press release, it was driven by various factors, including the development of distinctive collections, the growth of distribution throughout the country and investments in visibility.

Our efforts in recent years have been aimed at highlighting our values and making them the main object of sales and communication arguments. Specifically, last year the dealer network of the Crieri brand grew by 50 doors, reaching a total number of 250 dealers. 2021 was also the year that laid the foundations for the development of the retail project that began with the opening of the Crieri e Poesia Gioielli corner at the Brian & Barry Building in the center of Milan. It is called C-Type. It is a line of jewelry that marks an innovation in the world of Crieri. The Maison of Valenza, in fact, owes much of its fame to the specialization in tennis-like jewels, in particular bracelets and necklaces in white gold and diamonds. For some time, however, Crieri has opened its doors to other types, with extremely luxurious jewels, such as the Bogotà collection in Colombian diamonds and emeralds, or with a completely different style, as in the case of the C-Type line. The name also indicates the choice to inspire the shape of the jewels to the letter C, initial of Crieri.

The consonant was subjected to a design cure to evaluate and recompose the geometry of the alphabetic letter. The resulting jewels are thus composed of soft and modern lines, with diamonds and precious stones set and in 18-karat gold. Rings, earrings and pendants in white, yellow or pink gold. A new store for Crieri. It is a space inside the Brian & Barry Building (12-storey multi-brand store) in Milan. Together with the Crieri jewels, an area is reserved for the sister brand Poesia Gioielli. The space is located on the second floor of the store and is spread over 45 square meters.

After the opening of the showroom in Via Monte Napoleone in 2019, the company choice was to create a new environment in Milan in which to meet the final clientele, an important showcase located in the heart of the city, a space in perfect Crieri style in able to convey the essence of the brand at 360 degrees.

Crieri has over 250 stores in Italy, Poesia around 110. Other moves will follow at the opening of the corner at the Brian & Barry Building: the opening of the first Crieri single-brand stores, at least a couple by 2022. Inside the Milanese corner are all the Crieri collections are available, with a particular focus on the Bogotà collection, made of Colombian emeralds and diamonds, mainly composed of unique pieces. Crieri, a jewelery brand born in Valenza, is also specialized in the production of tennis bracelets, in countless variations. The Poesia collections, dedicated to a younger audience, instead play on color with the use of enamel.

Since its birth (which took place in 2005 thanks to Alessandro Saracino and Cristiano Annaratone) the Crieri brand has become a specialist in tennis bracelets on the jewelery market (see Tennis bracelets, story of a match). The company, among other things, is also strong with a registered patent. The Valencian brand specializing in diamond-based jewelry, however, has decided to take the field to play a game without barriers. The tennis genre, in short, expands to jewels such as cross-shaped pendants, which are flanked by bracelets and necklaces with the typical succession of diamonds that characterize the tennis model. Not only that: here are rings and earrings that, without abandoning the style of the Maison, broaden the horizon.

There are, then, pieces that stand out, such as the necklace of brilliant-cut white diamonds mounted on white gold, or the wide bracelet that, instead, uses yellow gold. Speaking of colors: the diamonds used are not always white. Yellow, black or brown stones appear on some collections. An example of Crieri’s production is the Musa collection, which includes tennis bracelets, but also trinity or rievière rings, bracelets and traditional earrings in white gold and diamonds.
