Expensive ring, more probable divorce

Have you received an engagement ring? Do you also know the price? We hope it is not too high, because … ♦

A diamond is forever, but divorce can also be long. There are many causes, but it seems that the more expensive the engagement ring, the greater the probability of separation of the spouses. But, be careful: it is not a rule. This is demonstrated by the couple Amal Alamuddin, and George Clooney, who after almost ten years together, seems one of the most stable couples in Hollywood. Yet the engagement ring cost the actor 550 thousand euros. In many other cases, however, it seems that the ring purchased with a high price was not a guarantee of happiness.

Amal Alamuddin e George Clooney

As in the case of Angelina Jolie, who married Brad Pitt after receiving a 200 thousand euro ring: a failed marriage. Even the separation years ago between Lady Gaga and Taylor Kinney (ring with heart-shaped diamond of 55 thousand euros) could prove it. Beyoncé is at risk (even if she’s holding on for now), given that the ring that gave her to Jay-Z cost 5 million. Not to mention Kim Kardashian’s ring, with a 15-carat diamond worth over 7 million euros.

Lady Gaga e Taylor Kinney: crisi nonostante l'anello con diamante a cuore da 55 mila dollari
Lady Gaga e Taylor Kinney: crisi nonostante l’anello con diamante a cuore da 55 mila dollari

To launch the alarm, or rather, to notice a link between the price of the ring and divorces were two American researchers at Emory University in Atlanta, who long ago put more than 3 thousand married couples in the United States under the lens. Andrew Francis and Hugo Mialon have come to the conclusion that if men choose an engagement ring between 1,500 and 3,200 euros the risk of divorce is 1.3 times higher than the average. Quite low, in short. The two researchers considered as a basis a cost for the ring a price from zero to 1,500 euros. Not only that: the greatest risk of separation is reached when the engagement ring exceeds 20 thousand dollars. Women who receive such a precious ring have 3.5 times more the chance of divorcing, compared to those who have received a solitaire of between 5 thousand and 10 thousand dollars.

So you have to be “scottish” to save the marriage? Not at all: even couples who have spent less than € 400 on their engagement ring have high divorce rates. In short, the ring on the finger it’s ok: just do not overdo it, better stay in the middle. And if you have any doubts about choosing the ring, you can always ask our quick guide for advice.

Return to Tiffany with Beyoncé

Beyoncé returns to Tiffany with a custom-made jewel, but available to everyone. Tiffany & Co has created a capsule collection inspired by Beyoncé’s world tour, who wears custom-designed Tiffany jewels on stage. This is a new edition of the classic Return to Tiffany series. It is a silver pendant which in the standard version bears the inscription Please Return to Tiffany. Not everyone knows the story of this pendant, born in the last century as a key ring. It was sold with a registration number: in case of loss the keys could therefore be returned to Tiffany, who would contact the owner thanks to the number registered on the pendant. Over time (and also because kind people are perhaps few now) the pendant has become an ornament in its own right.

Now the capsule collection reinterprets the motif and dedicates it to the singer who for a couple of years has become a star linked to the New York jewelery brand. 100% of profits from sales of the limited-edition collection will benefit the About Love Scholarship program, a partnership between Tiffany & Co, BeyGood and the Shawn Carter Foundation, to fund scholarships for students in the arts and creative fields at five Historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCUs): Lincoln University in Pennsylvania, Norfolk State University in Virginia, Bennett College in North Carolina, the University of Arkansas at Pine Bluff, and Central State University in Ohio. An important initiative within the Maison’s social impact platform, Tiffany Atrium. The About Love Scholarship Program has supported over one hundred students since its inception.

Tiffany on stage with Beyoncé

Beyoncé has been an artist linked to Tiffany & Co for some years. Now this bond is also strengthened on the stage of the American singer’s shows. The Maison of the Lvmh group has announced a partnership on the occasion of Beyoncé’s Renaissance World Tour. Planned concerts of Beyoncé Giselle Knowles-Carter (singer’s full name) are over 50 shows. The artist, who currently holds the record for a Grammy Award, will perform wearing custom-designed Tiffany & Co. jewelry. In addition to those pieces created especially for her, Beyoncé will also wear Tiffany HardWear and Elsa Peretti jewels.

This new combination represents, explains the jewelry company, a natural evolution of the 2022 campaign of the Maison Lose Yourself ibn love, which featured Beyoncé. In the video, inspired by Studio 54 in New York, Beyoncé rocked a nocturnal vibe wearing a custom Tiffany HardWear necklace and spectacular diamond designs, including a 10-carat diamond ring and diamond-encrusted Lock bracelets.
The first ear-earring, made with 4.5 carats of white diamonds has already been unveiled at her inaugural concert on May 10 in Stockholm, Sweden, and will be worn during her tour. In Brussels, however, the singer wore an exclusive jewel, a necklace with crystals.

The surprises of Nadine Ghosn

Nadine Ghosn: the new frontier of jewelry that makes you smile or surprise.

Irreverent. This is how Nadine Ghosn can be defined. A fine jewelry designer, she has a mind free from ancient traditions, except those that refer to the technique in the creation of her collections. For the rest, she plays surprise. She certainly won’t appeal to ladies accustomed to solitaire, emerald sets or strings of pearls. On the other hand, she likes those who interpret luxury as a game, those who love to break the rules (without exaggerating), those who want to wear something that amazes. A few examples: the hamburger ring. Made of gold, diamonds, sapphires and tsavorites, proposed in a limited edition.

One could continue with the can opener-shaped earring, the necklace that looks like a set of smartphone earphones, the laughing HaHaHa earrings, with jewels in the shape of Lego elements. Although she has recently entered the world of jewelry that she counts, the designer already has a good number of fans, including Beyoncé. Nadine Ghosn, 27, is based in New York and also has a special history. She is the daughter of former Renault-Nissan number one, Carlos Ghosn, she is a graduate of Stanford University and the Gemological Institute of America, she gained experience at the Boston Consulting Group and Maison Hermès. She was born in the USA, but she has Lebanese and Brazilian origins. Her family, rich in her, gave her a cultural melting pot. Perhaps this is why the result is so carefree.

For the occasion, Beyoncé wore a gold plunging dress and custom Messika asymmetrical high jewelery earrings, specially designed by Valérie Messika for Beyoncé’s first stage comeback, her first of its kind in the Middle East. The earrings are composed of four exceptional diamonds, one of which is a pear shape of 17 carats, a second of 10 carats, a third of 7 carats and an oval of 18.88 carats, for a total of approximately 57 carats of diamonds.

Beyoncé in a maxi size for Tiffany

Beyoncé is, for all intents and purposes, Miss Tiffany. The American Maison, in fact, continues to entrust the singer with the image of her brand, at least as regards the more traditional jewelry. This time Tiffany & Co. has chosen black and white for its campaign entitled Lose Yourself in Love. Beyoncé wears the jewels of the New York house in a video directed by Grammy Award-winning director Mark Romanek, which reveals a deep nostalgia for the seventies, Studio 54 in New York and Donna Summer’s hit disco reinterpreted with Beyoncé’s music of Summer Renaissance, the finale of the last album.

The film, shot with a rare 65 mm camera (it is a maxi format, now also in digital version, used in classic Hollywood films such as Cleopatra, Patton, 2001: A Space Odyssey), evokes the Manhattan of half a century ago. and mobilizes a cast of 90 people, through the choreography of Fatima Robinson. It goes without saying that Beyoncé wears custom creations and iconic Tiffany jewelry, as well as the dancers involved in the video. Specifically, Beyoncé wears a platinum Tiffany Setting engagement ring with an internally flawless round brilliant diamond of over 10 carats, as well as pieces by legendary designer Jean Schlumberger. A custom Tiffany HardWear necklace was also created specifically for the campaign and will be available for purchase.

Beyoncé returns to wave the Tiffany flag

Beyoncé has been the number one star accompanying Tiffany’s communication for some years. The contact and contract between the symbol of pop music, winner of a Grammy Award, and the symbol of US jewelry, continues with a new campaign, which according to the Maison celebrates individuality, love and universal connection and certainly celebrates the Tiffany jewelry. The ad campaign also has a name: Lose Yourself in love. In the images accompanying the advertising, Beyoncé wears collections such as Tiffany T, Tiffany City HardWear, Tiffany Knot and the new Tiffany Lock.

In particular, the star wears a custom Tiffany City HardWear necklace, created specifically for the campaign. The piece took over 40 hours to assemble and hand polished and has 18K gold links three times the scale of the existing Tiffany City HardWear Graduated Link Necklace. A limited quantity of these maxi necklaces will be available for purchase. Pieces designed by Jean Schlumberger and Elsa Peretti are also part of the campaign.

The press campaign was shot at Hangar Studios in Los Angeles by Mason Poole, with the video by Dikayl Rimmasch, styled by Marni Xenophon and Patti Wilson. Thomas Petherick’s scenography. A video focusing on Beyoncé’s latest hit song, Summer Renaissence, will be launched in the fall. There is no lack of reference to the politically correct, already present on other occasions: the campaign, explains Tiffany, reflects the continuous support for underrepresented communities.

The fusion menu of Hanut Singh

Among India and the United States: Hanut Singh proposes jewels worthy of a maharaja (in fact his grandfather was an Indian king) ♦ ︎

India is the world’s largest gold market, the United States the most important for jewelry and Hanut Singh represents the two sides of this coin. The designer, nephew of an Indian maharaja, works in Los Angeles, where he brought his cultural heritage, but put at the service of the stars and stripes style. It is no coincidence that his clients include Diane von Furstenberg, Mary-Kate Olsen, Wendi Deng Murdoch, Beyoncé, Madonna and Christian Louboutin. Hanut’s passion for jewelry began when he was a child. He is a descendant of the royal family of Kapurthala, India, famous for its legendary treasures and their taste for luxury. The great-grandfather, Maharaja Jagatjit Singh, was a friend of the American president Theodore Roosevelt and the French statesman Georges Clemenceau.

And he has collected jewels, from a diadem of Cartier to a aigrette of Boucheron, which are part of the family collection. The long history of Hanut’s family also includes the grandmother, Maharani Sita Devi of Kapurthala, Princess Karam, known for the way she matched her jewels with her sari, the tailored suits by Chanel, Lanvin and Elsa Schiaparelli , defined in Vogue as a “goddess” in 1932 and photographed by Cecil Beaton. In short, it is not surprising that Hanut Singh prefers vintage pearls, with a slight patina of time, to be used with white gold and yellow gold, to create his jewels with an exotic taste, but at the same time so modern that they can be worn on a red carpet. And not only because the designer combines pieces of Indian influence with more geometric and linear elements that are typical of Western taste. If it were a chef would propose a fusion menu, in short.

The celebrated jewels of Ofira

/

To get to know the Ofira jewelery brand, one must start from Schwartz, the name of an American family associated with diamonds and jewels with large, colored and large precious stones. Like the jewels worn by celebrities such as Kim Kardashian, Lady Gaga, Beyoncé and Bar Refaeli. The family includes two sisters, Lorraine Schwartz and Ofira Sandberg. The first creates pieces of high jewelery, the second ten years ago founded the brand that has her name, Ofira. But it is not in competition with her sister: in reality, the two love and agree.

Unlike her older sister, who designs bespoke jewelry and for special occasions, Ofira Sandberg designs much more casual collections, to be worn every day and young people, closer to the world of fashion. Even Ofira, in any case, often uses colored stones. And Ofira also has a host of famous admirers, such as Farrell Williams, Taylor Swift, Emma Stone, Kate Hudson, Megan Fox, Gigi Hadid, Beyoncé and Blake Lively. It is no coincidence that the two sisters Lorraine and Ofira regularly attend Hollywood and the Oscar ceremony.

Beyoncé, Rihanna and Katy Perry with Messika

High jewelry and celebrity, a duo that recurs often. It was the same for Beyoncé, Rihanna and Katy Perry. All three protagonists of the entertainment world showed off jewels from the same Maison: Messika. In the first case, Beyoncé attended the Super Bowl LVI game in Inglewood, California, wearing high-end jewelery creations from the Parisian house, including the classic Flappers choker paired with the Shards Of Mirror necklace and Exotic Charm earrings.

Almost simultaneously, however, Rihanna performed at her Fenty Eau De Parfum event in Los Angeles. The celebrity-to-be chose three Messika diamond rings from the Wild Moon, Diamond Catcher and Exotic Charms High jewelry collections, to make her very bold look shine (with baby bump in sight). The American singer Katy Perry, on the other hand, participated in the NFL Honors wearing the Danseurs Aériens XXL earrings, combined with the high jewelery ring with Toi & Moi pear-cut diamonds.

The Hollywood diamonds

The jewels of Hollywood stars, including diamonds that seal the marriage and others that do not serve to stop the breakup

It seems that jewels, especially those with diamonds, are the favorite partners of Hollywood actresses and starlets and, more generally, in the entertainment world. Of course, they are also faithful and sought after companions of other women, especially those who have a good financial availability, or the good fortune to be with a rich partner. But, of course, in the entertainment world jewels are more ostentatious, almost necessary to shine even more on the red carpet. Unfortunately, these super jewels do not always serve to strengthen weddings and engagements. There is no need to go back to the legendary gifts of the passionate and quarrelsome couple Richard Burton to Liz Taylor, based on Bulgari bracelets and rings: jewels have never gone out of fashion, as evidenced by Mariah Carey’s decision to keep, despite the breakup of the engagement with James Packer, the ring he had given her as a token of love. It is a jewel worth 7 million dollars, for 35 carats.

Mariah Carey

A mind-boggling figure that must have made Beyoncé’s hair stand on end: Jay-Z in fact turned to Lorraine Schwartz for an 18-carat diamond ring worth $ 5 million. A figure, 5 million, which would sum up the total value of the rings Victoria Beckham received from her husband David. Not to mention other famous rings, such as Khloe Kardashian ($ 4 million), Katy Perry ($ 1.2 million). But diamonds are not always enough to consolidate a relationship. The engagement, of Lady Gaga, for example, did not last long despite the heart-shaped ring given in 2015 by Taylor Kinney to the singer-actress, who had commented on Instagram: “He gave me his heart on Valentine’s Day and I I said YES! “).

We have already talked about Kim Kardashian, who was robbed of jewelry years ago in Paris: her ex-husband, Kanye West, had designed the engagement ring with Lorraine Schwartz, made with a 15-carat diamond worth 1.6 million dollars. Not only that, just a few days before the robbery, the rapper had given the famous star a new ring worth 4.8 million dollars for 20 carats. Published on Facebook, the photo of the ring teased the Parisian thieves.

Another top jewel is the one received by the actress and model, Blake Lively. Canadian actor Ryan Reynolds gave her a $ 2.5 million, 12-carat stone. Another 2 million, on the other hand, was spent by Ashton Kutcher for Mila Kunis. The same price paid by Donald Trump for Melania (but in this case the show has nothing to do with it). The ring bought by Tom Cruise for Katie Holmes at the time cost a little less: 1.5 million dollars. So much, however, compared to Michael Douglas, that he spent “only” 1 million on a vintage 1920 jewel given to his Catherine Zeta-Jones.

Unfortunate rings: Jennifer Aniston received a 1 million dollar diamond from Justin Theroux: 8 carats but, above all, double the value given by Brad Pitt to Angelina Jolie (other times), designed by the same actor and valued half a million dollars. But, unfortunately, the ring did not help avoid divorce. Another ring that did not bring luck: the one, mentioned, that Taylor Kinney had given to Lady Gaga. Designed by Lorraine Schwartz, it had a heart-shaped diamond, valued at approximately $ 360,000. But the wedding has vanished.

After all, there is no need to spend millions: “only” 120 thousand dollars cost Adam Schulman the ring for Anne Hathaway: a little less than that for Lady Gaga but, on the other hand, after nine years the marriage resists.

Other rings: on April 28, 2018, actress and singer Lea Michele announced her engagement to businessman Zandy Reich, with photos of her ring posted on Instagram. They got married on March 9, 2019 in Napa, California.

Tiffany brings Beyoncé and Jay-Z into the sixties

/

The couple Tiffany, Beyoncé and Jay-Z, protagonists of the About Love advertising campaign, are now also a video. On YouTube, in fact, appeared the film made by Emmanuel Adjei, a Ghanaian-Dutch director who was previously co-director and creative collaborator of Black Is King, a musical film with Beyoncé. Now, for Tiffany, the couple sings a classic: Moon River, a song made famous by the film Breakfast at Tiffany’s (1961). Instead of Haudrey Hepburn, the American singer is at Tiffany’s, while the partner watches an old film and then shoots Beyoncé with an old super 8 camera.

Should it be added that Beyoncé wears an assortment of Tiffany fine jewelry, including the famous Tiffany Diamond? The Tiffany diamond is considered to be among the most important gemstone discoveries of the 19th century and symbolizes the brand’s rich heritage. Other icons of the house, including Jean Schlumberger’s designer jewelry and the Tiffany T collection, are also featured in the film.

Most notably, Jay-Z wears Jean Schlumberger’s legendary Bird on a Rock brooch, which Tiffany craftsmen have reinvented as a one-of-a-kind pair of cufflinks. Jean Schlumberger was best known for dressing the high society elite in the 1960s and 1970s with a timeless style. And the video, in fact, between music and image recalls an atmosphere of that era, if we do not consider the hair of Shawn Corey Carter, aka Jay-Z.

The video was made in another icon, but one of architecture: the Orum House in Los Angeles, a building designed by architect Zoltan Pali: it is a three-level house of 18,800 feet, overlooking the surrounding landscape of Bel Air and was personally selected by the Carters for the film. Did you like the movie? Then you will be pleased to know that more videos are coming later this year, created by directors Dikayl Rimmasch and Derek Milton.

Tiffany enlists Beyoncé and Jay-Z

/

Tiffany has enlisted the couple Beyoncé and JAY-Z and a super diamond for the new communication campaign. Tiffany ABOUT LOVE marks the latest evolution of the new creative direction of the bran that passed under the banner of the LVMH group. “Beyoncé and JAY-Z are the epitome of the modern romance. As a brand that has always been synonymous with love, strength and self-expression, we couldn’t think of a more iconic couple that better represent Tiffany’s values. We are honored to have the Carters as part of the Tiffany family, ”commented Alexandre Arnault, Executive Vice President of Product and Communications.

5187559B 344B 412D B22B A99C5FD2A8EF

The Carters’ love story is the backdrop to the super diamond Tiffany and is set with the contribution of Equals Pi (1982) by Jean-Michel Basquiat. Worn in a campaign for the first time in history, the Tiffany Diamond weighs 128.54 carats and boasts 82 facets, about thirty more than the common brilliant-cut diamond. Discovered in 1877 in the Kimberley mines in South Africa, founder Charles Lewis Tiffany bought the diamond in the rough in 1878, solidifying the brand’s reputation as an authority in the diamond industry. The icons of the house, including designs by Jean Schlumberger and the Tiffany T collection, are also present everywhere. In particular, JAY-Z wears Jean Schlumberger’s legendary Bird on a Rock brooch, reconstructed as a one-of-a-kind pair of cufflinks. Jean Schlumberger was best known for dressing up the high society elite in the 1960s and 1970s, so it’s fitting that his unmistakable models live his legacy on one of today’s greatest creative forces. A film by acclaimed director Emmanuel Adjei has also been created and features a musical performance of the classic song “Moon River”.

Made famous in the 1961 film Breakfast at Tiffany’s, the iconic melody is reimagined with Beyoncé’s voice, captured by JAY-Z on a Super 8 camera. The couple chose the Orum House in Los Angeles as the setting for the film. in which nostalgic flashbacks intertwine with cinematic and dreamlike images. The accompanying “ABOUT LOVE” print campaign was shot by Mason Poole and stylized by June Ambrose and Marni Xenophon. The accompanying film will launch on Tiffany.com on September 15 and will be amplified through global media activations. The campaign will develop further later this year with more films created by acclaimed director Dikayl Rimmasch and second unit director, Derek Milton.

Lynn Ban, jewelry for the stars

The jewels of Lynn Ban, a designer who likes to stars like Rihanna, Madonna, Beyoncé, Kendrick Lamar and … ♦ ︎

She is Chinese, but was born in Singapore and has lived in New York since she was four. In a short time, Lynn Ban became a jewelry designer worn by stars like Rihanna, Madonna, Beyoncé, Kendrick Lamar, Nicki Minaj, Jennifer Lopez, Miguel, SZA, Lady Gaga, Taylor Swift, Lorde, Lana Del Ray, Frances Bean Cobain, Ariana Grande, Katy Perry, Fergie, Alicia Keys and CL. But also from Justin Bieber. Lynn is also a passionate fashion collector of the eighties and nineties: she bought a significant amount of Gucci dresses from Tom Ford, John Galliano’s Dior and a bunch of Versace.

A passion that is reflected in his design choices, where he mixes strong geometries, immediately recognizable, rock and glamor at the same time. Not surprisingly, Lynn was also the curator of a vintage couture line for the American retailer Barney’s. Lynn Ban’s jewels are designed to reach a wide audience: the cheapest, in silver, start at $ 300, but the most exclusive pieces come to several thousand dollars.

The moving jewelry by Paula Mendoza

/

Paula Mendoza, Latin America and emeralds with a difference ♦

Paula Mendoza’s jewels are extravagant, full of light and decidedly sculptural. The Colombian designer, who in a few years has conquered the American market, also thanks to Beyoncé’s XO video, who sings while wearing her pieces, continues to experiment with new forms: after the myriad of bronze or 24 gold-plated brass spheres. carats and of course emeralds. With a particular choice: she also uses trapiche emeralds. They are emeralds named after a grinding wheel used in Colombia to work sugar cane. These stones have inclusions that resemble a spoked wheel with a hexagonal core.

The jewels, with a very geometric design with removable elements to change the shape of the object, are in fact structures designed to be hung, a bit like those of the American sculptor who was one of the first to invent a sort of abstract art in movement. On the other hand, Mendoza, after studying journalism in Bogota, decided to learn the goldsmith’s art from local artisans not only in her country but also in Peru and later to apply herself in drawing and sculpture in the United States. This happened in 2008, now they say there is a waiting list for some of her unique pieces.

Trend: jewels with your name

Necklaces with personalized names or pendants to spell words? It is one of the most followed trends

In 2021 one of the trends will be that of necklaces with personalized pendants, with the initials or full name of the wearer, or of children and partners. It has certainly been a few years since the trend of personalizing jewels with words or names has also been adopted by celebrities. For example, from Carrie Bradshaw, the character played by Jessica Parker in Sex and the city, to Kate Moss, immortalized some time ago on the cover of Vogue Uk by Mario Testino. Precisely for this reason there are many jewelry brands that offer necklaces with a name, or that offer the possibility of composing a date or a word by aligning the letters of the alphabet.

In short, the small chain that shows off the baptismal name seems to have become a must. But there are also pendants that offer the same result. If you want to add yourself to the list of fans of this kind of jewelry, you’ll be with Adele, Miranda Kerr, Miley Cirus, Anna Dello Russo, Lindsay Lohan, Lea Michel, Rihanna, Paris Hilton, Emma Roberts, Kim Kardashian, Jessica Biel … all, sooner or later, they wore a necklace with their full name. Instead, they opted for the initials Madonna, Beyonce, Charlize Theron, Taylor Swift, Lauren Conrad. Lavinia Andorno

The high acrobatic jewelery by Messika

//

Valérie Messika, the queen of diamonds in Paris, always oscillates between two poles for her jewels: stones of great value and irreverent design. A combination that has upset the classic canons of high jewelery, often anchored in an unchanging style. The new collection, Voltige, also follows a philosophy that Messika describes as movement, balance and imbalance, symmetry and asymmetry. The images of the processing of the jewels, released by Maiason, confirm this description.

The collection includes 20 pieces which, according to the founder of the Maison, is also a return to origins. Voltige is a collection of high jewelery and, therefore, there is no shortage of very precious pieces. Like the Trapézistes ring, with a 10.19 carat pear fancy diamond set in a pentagon. Or the Danseurs Aériens hoop earrings, where a 5.06 carat emerald diamond and a 6.02 carat pear cut diamond coexist in a surprising balance. It is no coincidence that the jewelry line is called Voltige, the French word for circus stunts. The stones, in fact, seem to float in the air: thanks also to the Parisian artisans who managed to concretize the daring designs of the collection.

Voltige’s sense of freedom, on the other hand, is in Messika’s DNA, which at the debut became known with its jewelry with moving diamonds that move on tracks. And that many celebrities like them, such as Beyoncé, who wore a Messika necklace for the Superbowl, or Gigi Hadid, Selena Gomez and Toni Garrn. All attracted by luxury combined with lightness: which is the true symbol of wealth.

Maxi earring by Messika for Beyoncé

The maxi earring personalized by Messika worn by Beyoncé in Nice ♦ ︎

A riddle: what is the name of the earrings that Beyoncé wears more? The answer is easy: they are called Beyoncé. After appearing in the Louvre with her husband Jay-Z, in front of the Gioconda, wearing a stratospheric diamond necklace by Messika, the singer has again worn the role of the ambassador of the Parisian Maison. This time, however, she moved to Nice, the capital of the Côte d’Azur, where she wore her XL Beyoncé earrings. At the center of the earrings is the icon of three moving diamonds from the Move collection, which is Messika’s most famous jewelry line. In this case the diamonds symbolize the sons of Beyoncé and Jay-Z. In addition to the earrings, the singer also wore the Move Pei bracelet.
Do not think, however, to find the earrings in jewelry: they are unique pieces personalized and created exclusively for the singer by Valérie Messika. Lavinia Andorno

Messika to the rhythm of Beyoncé

/

Messika to the rhythm of music, with Beyoncé wearing a sparkling diamond necklace ♦ ︎

It is not true that diamonds only appeal to those with a classic taste, starting with clothing. It’s testified by Beyoncé, who wore jewelry from the Parisian Maison Messika in the video of Everything is in Love, the first with her husband Jay-Z. He, the rapper, not to be outdone, wore a huge gold chain with pendant, under a jacket worn to his skin.
Beyoncé, however, after being photographed for the first time in 2014 with the ring of Glam’Azone in front of the enigmatic Gioconda, she has remained faithful to the Parisian jewelry house. In the video Beyoncé wore the Persian Drops set: a cascade of over 100 carats of diamonds. Perhaps a suggestion to her husband in view of her next birthday. The combination between Beyoncé and Messika has lasted for the last four years: the brand has proudly observed that the singer wears her jewels both on stage and off stage.
