Capolavoro a \u00e9t\u00e9 fond\u00e9e en 1991 par Gerhard et son \u00e9pouse Andrea Fritsch, qui dirigent d\u00e9sormais l&rsquo;entreprise avec leurs enfants Theresa, Florian et Tobias. Oro rosa e bianco 18 carati, 350 diamanti<\/figcaption><\/figure><br \/>\nEt dire que le fondateur, Gerhard Fritsch, avait commenc\u00e9 sa carri\u00e8re de la mani\u00e8re la plus traditionnelle : un emploi dans une banque et un dipl\u00f4me en \u00e9conomie. Mais, ensuite, il a \u00e9t\u00e9 attir\u00e9 par l&rsquo;environnement le plus stimul\u00e9 du monde de la mode. Il a travaill\u00e9 avec la maison de couture pour hommes Hirmer, \u00e0 Munich et apr\u00e8s l&rsquo;obtention de son dipl\u00f4me, il a commenc\u00e9 \u00e0 travailler comme repr\u00e9sentant des ventes chez Schoeffel Perlen, une entreprise de bijoux, qui l&rsquo;a initi\u00e9 \u00e0 l&rsquo;industrie. Le vieil or est rendu r\u00e9utilisable avec un cycle de traitement sophistiqu\u00e9 par la raffinerie C. Hafner \u00e0 Pforzheim. Le catalogue de bijoux est tr\u00e8s large : on y trouve des pendentifs ovo\u00efdes en or rose et diamants qui co\u00fbtent plus de 42 000 euros, mais aussi de la haute joaillerie autour d&rsquo;un
