Les nominations concluent l&rsquo;acquisition de 15,8 milliards de dollars de la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 historique de joaillerie am\u00e9ricaine, intervenue apr\u00e8s une \u00e2pre bataille juridique, LVMH tentant d&rsquo;\u00e9chapper \u00e0 l&rsquo;accord au plus fort de la pand\u00e9mie de covid-19, qui a durement frapp\u00e9 le secteur du luxe. Alessandro Bogliolo quitte Tiffani \u00e0 partir du 22 janvier. Alexandre Arnault, l&rsquo;un des fils de Bernard Arnault, PDG de LVMH, rejoint \u00e9galement la Maison am\u00e9ricaine.
