L&rsquo;accord conclu (qui n\u00e9cessite encore une approbation d\u00e9finitive par les assembl\u00e9es g\u00e9n\u00e9rales) permet aux Fran\u00e7ais d&rsquo;\u00e9conomiser plus de 400 millions de dollars par rapport \u00e0 un accord \u00e9valu\u00e9 il y a un an \u00e0 plus de 16 milliards de dollars.
