Mais l&rsquo;incertitude est trop grande et il n&rsquo;est pas possible de garantir un bon fonctionnement du un \u00e9v\u00e9nement. Mais pour la pand\u00e9mie, il avait \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9plac\u00e9 aux 9 et 13 novembre.
