Le nom de la collection est en effet li\u00e9 \u00e0 l&rsquo;utilisation de cristaux <strong>aqua lemuria<\/strong>. C&rsquo;est un mat\u00e9riau souvent utilis\u00e9 par Yvone Christa: ce n&rsquo;est pas un vrai min\u00e9ral, mais une substance vitreuse bleue avec un syst\u00e8me cristallin amorphe. Il trouve son origine dans les montagnes de Sumatra et les indig\u00e8nes qui le transforment en sculptures et ornements. Certaines pi\u00e8ces ont une cro\u00fbte graveleuse externe, semblable \u00e0 une obsidienne noire. Le nom aqua lemuria d\u00e9rive de sa couleur, ainsi que de l&rsquo;association intuitive du mat\u00e9riau avec la l\u00e9gendaire ancienne L\u00e9murie, un continent asiatique hypoth\u00e9tique
