Le diad\u00e8me Faberg\u00e9 fabriqu\u00e9 en 1904 comme cadeau de mariage par Fr\u00e9d\u00e9ric Fran\u00e7ois IV, grand-duc de Mecklembourg-Schwerin (1882-1945) \u00e0 son \u00e9pouse la princesse Alexandra de Hanover et Cumberland (1882-1963), compos\u00e9e de neuf aigues-marines gradu\u00e9es en forme de poire a \u00e9t\u00e9 vendu 1 million de dollars contre une estimation pr\u00e9alable \u00e0 la vente de 340 000 $. Et le collier appartenant \u00e0 la duchesse Vladimir de Russie avec une \u00e9meraude colombienne en forme de poire a \u00e9t\u00e9 allou\u00e9 \u00e0 4,3 millions de dollars.
