La premi\u00e8re \u00e9tape consiste \u00e0 introduire une sorte de stage pour les designers de la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 genevoise. L&rsquo;id\u00e9e a \u00e9t\u00e9 articul\u00e9e sous le nom de Creativity in Residence et pr\u00e9voit en fait une p\u00e9riode de collaboration en interne, d&rsquo;une ann\u00e9e, pour un designer invit\u00e9, dans le but d&rsquo;injecter une nouvelle lymphe cr\u00e9ative. Cependant, le projet est plus vaste. Cela inclut, par exemple, l&rsquo;identification d&rsquo;un artiste bien connu dans une autre discipline, telle que l&rsquo;art figuratif ou la musique, qui sera la muse inspirante de De Grisogono. Bref, ces initiatives t\u00e9moignent de la vitalit\u00e9 de la Maison qui, il y a un an \u00e0 peine, annon\u00e7ait un plan de r\u00e9duction de 41 emplois (31 en Suisse et 10 dans le monde) sur un total de 104 employ\u00e9s.
