Ce sont des pierres consid\u00e9r\u00e9es hors normes, d\u2019une beaut\u00e9 et d\u2019une uniformit\u00e9 exceptionnelles. Aux 14 grandes \u00e9meraudes utilis\u00e9es, elles sont ajout\u00e9es sous la forme de perles, toujours d&rsquo;une couleur verte intense. Aussi, l&rsquo;aspect sculptural des bijoux est pr\u00e9cieux, avec le crocodile qui semble pr\u00eat \u00e0 mordre ceux qui s&rsquo;approchent (mais cela n&rsquo;arrivera pas). De plus, les pi\u00e8ces du collier peuvent \u00eatre enroul\u00e9es autour du cou, du poignet ou du doigt, ou \u00eatre suspendues \u00e0 la mani\u00e8re d\u2019une paire de boucles d\u2019oreilles pendantes. Les pattes de l&rsquo;animal, comme ses \u00e9cailles, ont \u00e9t\u00e9 sp\u00e9cialement con\u00e7ues pour le confort, m\u00eame au contact de la peau.<\/p>\n<h4>Ce crocodile de haute joaillerie s\u2019inspire, comme mentionn\u00e9 ci-dessus, du collier cr\u00e9\u00e9 en 1975 pour Mar\u00eda F\u00e9lix.<\/h4>\n<p>C&rsquo;est une pi\u00e8ce qui fait maintenant partie de l&rsquo;histoire de la Maison, dans la collection Cartier. Le collier \u00e9tait compos\u00e9 de deux crocodiles compl\u00e8tement articul\u00e9s, l&rsquo;un avec un pav\u00e9 d&rsquo;\u00e9meraude et l&rsquo;autre avec des diamants jaunes. En plus de l&rsquo;or, nous avons utilis\u00e9 pour ce collier 1023 diamants taille brillant de 60.02ct, deux \u00e9meraudes cabochon (yeux), 1060 \u00e9meraudes d&rsquo;un poids total de 66.86ct, deux rubis cabochon (yeux).
