Il vaut donc la peine d&rsquo;\u00eatre inform\u00e9.<br \/>\n<strong>Les quatre engins d&rsquo;or<\/strong><br \/>\nAlors, quel sera le prix de l&rsquo;or en 2018? Les bijoux vont-ils co\u00fbter plus ou moins cher? Et devriez-vous investir dans l&rsquo;or?<br \/>\nTout d&rsquo;abord, nous devons savoir que le prix de l&rsquo;or est d\u00e9termin\u00e9 par quatre facteurs: le premier est la tendance du dollar, la monnaie avec laquelle ils ach\u00e8tent ou vendent g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement de l&rsquo;or sur les march\u00e9s. Le deuxi\u00e8me \u00e9l\u00e9ment est l&rsquo;instabilit\u00e9 mondiale: lorsque les craintes sont lanc\u00e9es, tout le monde court pour acheter de l&rsquo;or et le prix augmente. Enfin, le quatri\u00e8me facteur est li\u00e9 aux flux de tr\u00e9sorerie conditionn\u00e9s par la situation financi\u00e8re internationale.<br \/>\nEn ce qui concerne le premier \u00e9l\u00e9ment, le World Gold Council associe la tendance du dollar \u00e0 la hausse tendancielle des taux d&rsquo;int\u00e9r\u00eat aux \u00c9tats-Unis. Selon eux, cependant, \u00ab\u00a0la corr\u00e9lation entre l&rsquo;or et les taux am\u00e9ricains est en baisse\u00a0\u00bb. Et encore une fois, \u00ab\u00a0les taux r\u00e9els plus \u00e9lev\u00e9s n&rsquo;ont pas toujours conduit \u00e0 des rendements aurif\u00e8res n\u00e9gatifs\u00a0\u00bb. En somme, de ce point de vue, le prix de l&rsquo;or ne devrait pas subir de changements excessifs. Il ne faut pas oublier que le co\u00fbt de l&rsquo;or continue d&rsquo;augmenter: il a augment\u00e9 de 8,5% depuis que la R\u00e9serve f\u00e9d\u00e9rale, en d\u00e9cembre 2017, a commenc\u00e9 \u00e0 relever ses taux d&rsquo;int\u00e9r\u00eat. Mais qu&rsquo;est-ce qui importe le plus: le prix du dollar par rapport \u00e0 l&rsquo;euro ou les taux d&rsquo;int\u00e9r\u00eat? R\u00e9ponse: le dollar. \u00ab\u00a0Mais il y a des exceptions\u00a0\u00bb.<br \/>\nEnsuite, il y a le facteur d&rsquo;instabilit\u00e9 globale. Selon l&rsquo;analyse de la WGC, \u00ab\u00a0une p\u00e9riode de risque g\u00e9opolitique accru, qui pourrait avoir un impact sur l&rsquo;\u00e9conomie mondiale, pourrait soutenir l&rsquo;or m\u00eame si le dollar se renforce\u00a0\u00bb, selon nous, les investisseurs b\u00e9n\u00e9ficient de l&rsquo;allocation d&rsquo;une allocation strat\u00e9gique \u00e0 l&rsquo;or. une source de rendement, de diversification, de liquidit\u00e9 et d&rsquo;impact de portefeuille \u00ab\u00a0.
