C&rsquo;est justement le jour de la Saint Valentin, en fait, les Douces Conversations de Red\u00e9finir le Joyau, de Sonia Patrizia Catena. Plus que simplement manger, en v\u00e9rit\u00e9, l&rsquo;id\u00e9e est de parler (et de regarder) de bijoux \u00e9thiques durables.<br \/>\nPar cons\u00e9quent, \u00e0 l&rsquo;int\u00e9rieur de l&rsquo;h\u00f4tel, une exposition itin\u00e9rante est organis\u00e9e autour de l&rsquo;id\u00e9e de bijoux sur le th\u00e8me de la nourriture. Les bijoux sont faits de mat\u00e9riaux naturels et durables, mais il y a aussi des bonbons sur le th\u00e8me des bijoux, pour satisfaire la vue et le palais. Tout sera au Caf\u00e9 Marinetti en combinaison avec le traditionnel brunch du dimanche. Les protagonistes sont dix bijoux con\u00e7us par des artistes italiens et \u00e9trangers combin\u00e9s avec les cr\u00e9ations de quatre confiseurs, un pour chaque ville, de Bologne, V\u00e9rone, Florence et G\u00eanes. Les bijoux seront expos\u00e9s avec les cr\u00e9ations du chef p\u00e2tissier impliqu\u00e9, qui servira d&rsquo;inspiration. D&rsquo;o\u00f9 le nom de l&rsquo;\u00e9v\u00e9nement, \u00ab\u00a0douce conversation\u00a0\u00bb.<br \/>\nVoici les noms des participants: MICartapesta alias Michela Boschetto, Chimajarno, Elena dp Crea, Fragiliadesign, Frilli Colombo, Giuliana Kobayashi Mantovi, Rita Martinez Art, Francesca R.
