La d\u00e9cision finale est encore plus grave: Costco doit payer un montant encore plus important: 19,4 millions de dollars pour violation de la marque Tiffany &amp; Co et la compensation a \u00e9t\u00e9 port\u00e9e \u00e0 11,1 millions. Une d\u00e9cision stricte, compte tenu du prix \u00e0 payer, est bien sup\u00e9rieure au dommage mat\u00e9riel, mais elle sert d&rsquo;avertissement \u00e0 ceux qui faussent les marques.
